David Parker was born and raised in Rexburg. He graduated from the University of Idaho with a bachelor’s degree in Plant Protection and minors in Botany, Biology and Crop Science. After working 10 years in the agriculture business David sought a way to be self-employed and run his own business. David was active in the National Association of Health Underwriters. David had a strong desire to serve his clients to the best of his abilities. He had earned the reputation of having a firm understanding of the healthcare law and was able to explain a complicated system in language anyone can grasp. He found joy in meeting new people and viewed each of his clients as a friend. David passed away in September 2020 in a motorcycle accident. His staff and business continue to operate with the systems and caring customer service he implemented. 

Traci is a proud native of Cokeville, Wyoming. Upon marrying David in 2008 she and her two children moved to Rexburg to build a new life. She earned her Associate’s Degree while playing Jr. College volleyball. Traci loves helping people, organization and creating effective systems and has enjoyed implementing these skills as she and David have built their business.
Traci and David are the parents to five children. Traci’s passion is motherhood and family. 

Brian is a new addition to the team. Though insurance is a whole new world to him he loves to learn and understand how the process works. Brian is dedicated to the clients at Parker Insurance and loves finding the correct fit for each person/family. Brian also enjoys helping anyone and everyone that will allow him to do so.

Brian and his beautiful wife, Rebecca have 3 children. They have moved to Rexburg from Cokeville, Wyoming and are enjoying getting to be a part of this wonderful community. Brian enjoys roping, horses, and talking with as many people he can.

Brett is in his 15th year in the Health Insurance business. He was born and raised in Eastern Idaho. Brett enjoys meeting new people as well as working with his existing clients. Every client is his friend and family. Brett is currently the local chapter treasurer for the National Association of Health Underwriters and is currently working on becoming a Certified Self-Funded Specialist. He feels education is very important. He enjoys being involved and aware of any and all changes in the Health Care Marketplace.

Brett is married to the sweetest woman in the world, Debra. They have 5 children, 22 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Brett believes family values are very important. He enjoys making their home a better place alongside Debra. His hobbies include gardening, horses and grandchildren—not necessarily in that order.

Martin Martinez is the newest agent for Parker Insurance. He moved from Casper, Wyoming with his loving wife, Katie, and their 6 wonderful children. They’ve grown to love Idaho and of course, Rexburg. Health Insurance is challenging but very rewarding. One of his favorite things is to see the smile and joy from the clients when they realize they will be taken care of and treated like family.

Martin received his degree in Associates of Science specialize in Radiography. He spent 10 years in the Oil and Gas profession. Also, experience with Automotive and Information Technology sales. He likes to say “Every day I learn something new!”
Martin’s family is very important to him. He prefers to do family oriented activities, such as, exploring new areas, watching movies and going on mini vacations to Wyoming. He loves music and has multiple favorite songs. He thanks his mother for the gentle push to play musical instruments—the piano and guitar. Other hobbies include watching sports, reciting movie quotes and trying to find the best restaurant in the surrounding area with his wife.

Cathy Munoz moved to Rexburg from Gilbert, Arizona December of 2014. Cathy is a tremendous asset to Parker Insurance. She brings with her 25 years of experience. She began working in the insurance business in 1989 with Allstate Insurance in the Auto Claims Department handling non-complex claims. She then worked as a processor and eventually advanced to assisting the adjusters in the Bodily Injury Department. She also worked with the attorney’s in the Represented Unit. Upon retiring from All State, she decided to move to Rexburg to enjoy country living.

Cathy and her husband, Frank, have been married since 1980 and together have six children and are proud grandparents to 19 grandkids. Cathy loves working at Parker Insurance and greeting our customers with her contagious smile. She works very hard to meet our clients’ customer service needs.

Jasmine is a graduate of Madison High School in Rexburg, Idaho. She is a newly wed and juggles several jobs and hobbies. Jasmine graduated from Austin Kade Hair Academy in 2018 and now works as a licensed cosmetologist in the evenings, specializing in hair color and eye lash extensions. Jasmine loves basketball and is currently helping coach the freshman girls basketball team at Madison High School. Jasmine is extremely motivated and loves the fast paced environment at Parker Insurance.
